The lady couldn't hold her excitement and took to social media to share how their thoughtful landlord had blessed them.
In the video she shared, the landlord asked his tenants to drop their account numbers for their New Year giveaway.
Surprisingly, the man gifted each one of them N10K as gifts for the new year.
