Album: A pledge EP by Umhlekisi

About Umhlekisi – A pledge EP

Umhlekisi presents A Pledge, an EP built around the artist’s musical expression and storytelling. The project brings together rhythmic arrangements, vocal delivery, and melodic elements, giving the release its own identity within the South African music scene.

Across A Pledge, the title evokes themes of commitment, loyalty, promises, and personal responsibility. These ideas provide a foundation for the project’s direction, connecting the music with experiences and relationships that shape everyday life.

With A Pledge, Umhlekisi offers a collection of songs centred on personal expression and the meaning of keeping one’s word. The EP adds to the artist’s catalogue with a title that places commitment and trust at the heart of the project.
