‎The lady, identified on TikTok as @Favourrichman, shared her story in a viral video, emphasizing that prospective tenants should focus less on amenities such as electricity, water, or the house itself, and instead pay close attention to the nature of the neighbourhood and the people living around the property before signing any rental agreements.

‎Lady Expresses Regret Over Renting House In Port Harcourt

‎In her video, @Favourrichman disclosed that her previous residence was located beside a busy road, which made living conditions particularly uncomfortable due to constant noise from traffic. She explained that the daily sounds of motorcycles and other vehicles affected her sleep and overall peace of mind.

‎”It was close to the road and sometimes, if I want to sleep I’m hearing keke sound, motor sound and it affected me,” she said, explaining why she eventually moved out of the property. She described the situation as unbearable and stated that it left her in regret for having rented there in the first place.

‎Lady Speaks About Her Neighbourhood

‎The TikToker further shared insights about her neighbours, explaining that part of her discomfort came from the nature of people living nearby. According to her, her neighbours would often argue over celebrities, including popular figures such as Davido and Verydarkman, creating an atmosphere that was stressful and disruptive.

‎She pointed out that during her first week in her current residence, she enjoyed a quiet and peaceful environment, contrasting sharply with her previous home. Expressing her ongoing frustration over the previous experience, she urged viewers to always check the neighbourhood before renting, stressing that neighbours can have a huge impact on quality of life.

‎“Check for the neighbours. My house is comfortable. This is just a very little noise they are making now. Try and see how you can check. First week I packed in everywhere was quiet. I’m so much in regret. I hardly sleep at night,” she explained in the video, highlighting the challenges she faced while living beside disruptive neighbours.
