A Nigerian airline has left passengers distressed after it 'mistakenly' landed at Asaba airport instead of Abuja, where passengers had booked their destination.
Expressing his frustration, a user on the microblogging platform, X, identified as @dawisu, called out United Nigeria Airlines for a careless action that resulted in significant inconvenience for their passengers.

According to the passenger, the flight, initially departing from Lagos State to Abuja, ended up landing in Asaba due to an erroneous flight plan provided to the pilot.
Sharing a picture of clearly infuriated passengers, the Nigerian man mocked the airline, suggesting they might end up in another state as the flight took off again.

βNigeria my country. We departed Lagos about an hour ago on @flyunitedng to Abuja, and upon arrival, the cabin crew confidently announced that weβve arrived Abuja, only for us to realize that we landed in Asaba. Apparently, our pilot was given wrong flight plan from Lagos π€£πββοΈ.
We are departing Asaba now, I pray we donβt land in Osogbo next! π€£πββοΈ,β he wrote.
