Two ladies have gone viral on social media after sharing a shocking and unexpected experience from a night out in Lagos that left many Nigerians stunned and sparked widespread reactions online.
The ladies narrated the incident in a video shared by @ChukEricE on X, where they explained how an ordinary outing quickly turned into something they never imagined.
According to them, the evening started when a man approached them in a friendly manner, complimented their outfits, and struck up a casual conversation. He later asked if they were interested in going clubbing, and after some hesitation, they agreed and followed him.
Upon arriving at the club, the atmosphere was described as vibrant and lively, with loud music, dancing, and an energetic crowd.
The man reportedly introduced himself as a politician and warned them not to record him, claiming he was a popular and influential figure who preferred to stay off camera.
As the night progressed, he began spraying them heavily. The ladies said the amount of money sprayed was so much that they felt overwhelmed and decided to secretly record videos as proof of what was happening.
They enjoyed the moment, danced, and mingled while the spraying continued, drawing attention from other clubgoers.
Around 4 a.m., the man suggested that it was time to leave the club.
Sensing that he might want to take things further by moving to a hotel, the ladies politely declined, explaining that they were tired and needed to go home and rest.
He reportedly accepted their decision calmly and did not argue, which made them believe the night would end peacefully.
However, the situation soon took an unexpected and shocking turn.
The ladies said they were later approached by the club manager, who expressed interest in speaking with them about becoming public relations officers (PROs) for the club, praising their beauty, confidence, and overall vibe.
Interested in the conversation, they stepped aside with the manager to talk further, taking their phones with them but leaving their bag behind with the man they came with.
When they returned moments later, the man had completely disappeared from the club.
To their shock, all the money he had sprayed on them was also gone, leaving them confused and speechless.
The ladies explained that they stood in disbelief, trying to process how someone could spray money publicly and later retrieve it once things did not go his way.
The incident sparked mixed reactions online, with many users expressing shock, amusement, and disbelief.
