A man has ignited widespread debate across social media after boldly insisting that a man cannot truly describe himself as masculine if he is not financially responsible for his girlfriend or wife.
Self improvement comes before dating
In a video that has since gone viral, the man stressed that once a man is financially capable, he should be willing and ready to cover all expenses related to his partner.
“You can’t call yourself a man if you’re not paying for everything. Yes, you pay for the date, you pay for the trip, her meals, her nails, her hair. Men who don’t like to hear this are not men. It’s not just about paying for dates or food, it’s about providing for everything. If you have it, provide,” he said firmly.
He further explained that men who are not yet financially stable should avoid dating altogether and instead concentrate on personal growth and financial stability.
“If you don’t have it, you should not be dating. Work on getting your account right, improving yourself, saving money, and building yourself up. But if you have your life together, you should provide. A girlfriend or wife should not worry financially,” he emphasised.
