A lady identified as Chizy, who claims to be the woman accused of infidelity over an iPhone 16, has publicly addressed the viral incident that has sparked wide reactions across social media platforms. According to her, the version of events circulating online does not reflect the true nature of her relationship or what actually happened behind closed doors.

In a video shared by Chukeric on X (formerly Twitter), Chizzy clarified that she and her partner, Heritage, were never legally married and that no traditional rites were ever performed. She insisted that the claims of a formal union were completely false and misleading to the public.
“They only cohabited for five years, and in all that time, he never paid my bride price or held any form of wedding ceremony,” she said. “I am not married. No one should address me as a married woman. We only lived together, and even then, he never considered marrying me.”
She further alleged that during their period of living together, Heritage, who was already a single father, subjected her to emotional and physical abuse. She claimed that he consistently cheated on her with several women and even accommodated his baby mama in hotels — the same conduct he later accused her of.
Chizzy boldly admitted that she intentionally met another man in a hotel to retaliate, stating that her actions were a response to years of alleged neglect, betrayal, and abuse. She added that she feels no regret for what happened, describing it as an emotional breaking point after enduring prolongedsuffering.

Yet, Heritage allegedly never appreciated her efforts, instead, she claims, he secretly recorded private moments, shared explicit content without her consent, and continued entertaining other women throughout their relationship.
“I owe him nothing because we were never married. If he claims otherwise, let him produce evidence of any marriage,” she said firmly, adding that she is ready to defend her truth regardless of public opinion.
