Nina IVY responded to the engagement of Khafi and Gedoni, saying that it is not by force to marry a BBNaija housemate.
There were reports earlier today that Khafi and Gedoni are now engaged after the latter had been proposed to the former British police officer on Christmas Day.
This was made known by Khafi who posted a picture of herself and her spouse in matching Christmas, stating that she got the best “Christmas gift ever.” She wrote;
“Oh, and I got the best Christmas gift ever. #MrsEkpataLoading”
Many celebrities and former BBNaija stars have since reacted to the good news, congratulating the soon to be couple.
Nina IVY, in a recent post on her Instagram stories, talked about why so many social media users had brought her name into the conversation, saying that it's not a must that she's married to a former Big Brother Naija housemate. She wrote;
As we all know, Nina IVY and Miracle were seemingly love interests during the show, with many thinking their romance would continue after the show.
This didn’t turn out to be the case, and Nina herself, recently came out to state that the pair never loved each other.
According to the star, who was responding to a question by a follower on twitter during a question and answer session, their love for each other wasn’t real.
