Popular American actress and media personality, Ts Madison has left social media users confused after she shared her before and after picture.

The actress took to her social media page to do a throwback as she juxtaposed a picture of her former 19 year old self in which she was a guy and another one showing her 44 year old self a stunning lady.

She captioned the photo:
