Nollywood actress Nkechi Blessing has sparked conversations online after opening up about the overwhelming attention she continues to receive from men across multiple social media platforms, revealing that her private messages are flooded with thousands of marriage proposals.
The outspoken actress took to her Instagram page to express frustration over what she described as nonstop and unwanted advances, noting that the situation has become increasingly difficult to manage.

She disclosed that she often wakes up to hundreds, sometimes thousands, of unread messages, many of which she considers intrusive and emotionally draining, despite repeatedly stating that she is not interested.

The actress explained that she has made several attempts to regain her privacy by blocking accounts, restricting messages, and adjusting her privacy settings, but none of these measures have stopped the influx of messages.
Nkechi Blessing emphasized that although she is currently single, she is not actively searching for a romantic partner, stressing that her status should not be an invitation for constant advances.
She added that the persistent attention has taken a toll on her emotionally, describing the experience as exhausting and overwhelming, especially when it interferes with her daily life and peace of mind.

My WhatsApp is a mess. I have other 5,000 messages from different kinds of species called men. I am tired. How many be my body wey over 5,000 men wan marry me…”
