Joseph Aloba, the father of the late Afrobeats singer Mohbad, has weighed in on the controversy surrounding his grandson Liam's paternity, emphasizing the need for his daughter-in-law, Wunmi, to undergo a DNA test despite acknowledging Liam as his grandson.
Amidst a social media buzz, Wunmi, the widowed mother of Liam, adamantly stated her refusal to undergo a DNA test, asserting that no one has the right to compel her to do so.
However, Mohbad’s mother has insisted that her daughter-in-law needs to do the test if she wants to received her continued support.
Similarly, Mohbad’s father, Mr Joseph Aloba has noted that he accepts Liam as his grandson, but Wunmi needs to conduct the test because the whole world wants to know if the child truly belong to Mohbad.
He maintained that Wunmi needs to do the DNA test so as to satisfy the demands of Nigerians who are clamoring for a DNA test on Liam.
