After nearly 12 hours apart, the superstar Afrobeat singer, Davido Adeleke, ridicules his counterpart, Wizkid, following a hefty shade directed at him.
It would be recalled that on Monday morning, Wizkid during a chitchat with his fans mocked the 30BG Record Label boss by sharing a video of his alleged affair with an American Model.
This post stirred thousands of reactions from fans of both singers, including dramas from other singers like Kizz Daniel and Tekno who swung at each other.
Reacting to Wizkid’s subtle shade, Davido took to the X platform where it all began to mock the former, stating that his songs are now past tense.
“Dem no know ur gbedu [Translation: music] again 😂,” he wrote.
In another post, he added, “When LIGHT comes darkness VANISHES!!! LETS GET ACTIVE!!”
Fans have flooded the comment section to applaud the comeback, while Wizkid FC berated O.B.O.
