Winner of Big Brother Naija All-Stars, Ilebeya Odinaya, has recently voiced her concerns regarding the escalating prices she encounters from vendors in the wake of her substantial N120 million win.
Taking to the microblogging platform, X, she shared her frustration after being charged a staggering N120,000 for a makeup session.
Ilebeya, who clinched the grand prize of 120 million Naira, expressed her discontent with the elevated pricing, drawing a direct correlation to her newfound wealth.
In a now-deleted tweet, she highlighted the consequences of her victory and heightened fame, stating, "Because I win 120 million, person charge me 120k for make-up.”
This complaint comes on the heels of Odinaya’s previous denial, made a few months ago, regarding speculations that her Big Brother Naija win was a result of sympathy votes. In October 2023, she emphatically rejected claims suggesting her victory was based on pity.
